Hi, I'm Leah

I’m an intuitive coach, channel, creator of Dynamic Energy Clearing, hypnotherapist and meditation teacher. I’ve walked this path myself. When my life came apart all at once, it was reconnecting with my intuition and inner light that helped me re-align and find my path forward. I’ve studied multiple energy modalities and ancient spiritual traditions since 1999.

My approach is warm, practical and a little playful. I believe everyone has the capacity to access deeper insight. You don’t need years to get there, sometimes, you just need someone who has been there to help you find your way back to yourself.

In the space of a few years, the ground moved under me. I learned a new career, I sold a home, moved and was faced with a legal case. Next, I was part of a wave of layoffs, losing the the job I'd built much of my identity around. I was the sole income earner, so the situation eventually strained my relationship a breaking point. When the door closed behind my daughter on her way to university, the house and a part of me went quiet in a way I didn’t expect.  

For years, like so many women, I had poured myself into everyone else. My work, family, relationship and friends. My identity was wrapped around these roles so when they shifted all at once, I started to question everything.  Who am I underneath it all? What do I really want? What’s my vision for the next phase of my life? How can I use this moment of change to create a new path?

I didn’t need a decade of talk therapy, I needed to come home to myself and my inner wisdom.

What carried me through wasn’t pushing harder or going back to who I used to be. It was learning to move through the change with a sense of welcome instead of avoidance. It was coming home to my intuition, returning with renewed inspiration to my channeling and meditation practices. It was clearing the heavy energy and expectations I'd been carrying for years. Turning the care I’d given others back towards myself. This inner focus lead me to the insights, programs and sessions I now share.

I rebuilt from the inside out. Emerging on the other side lighter, clearer, and more myself than I'd ever been.
